试论产权内化一体化和外化一体化

摘　　要：产权一体化有两种模式:产权内化一体化和外化一体化,它们具有不同的交易方式。产权一体化效率可以理解成在某种产权一体化运作安排下,企业最大化行为将导致产出的增加,无效率则意味着企业的最大化行为不能导致产出的增加。There are two patterns for property rights integration： internalization and externalization, which have different transaction modes. Efficiency of property rights integration means that under the operation arrangement of integration, the maximized activities of enterprise will lead to output increase, while inefficiency means that the maximized activities can not lead to output increase.
