摘　　要：新形势下高校图书情报工作人员应加强情报工作的创新,收集情报用户的反馈信息,开展情报参考咨询工作,完善信息服务手段,实现情报技术的现代化,建立健全高校信息体制,注重情报技能教育,开展文献情报检索服务。It is necessary for books ＂information searchers in university to study the information requirements of education and science researchers in colleges , thus it can serve education and science research better. More efforts should be made to the creation of information. The collection of feedback information from the consumers, the launch of information consuhment, the perfection of the information service＇s manners, the realization of information searching mordemization, the foundation and complement of universities＇ information systems, the consentration on information searching skill＇s education, the development of document and information searching service, the consolidation of universitiesbook information knowledge, the improvement of people＇s information service ability, etc, will improve the development of information searching.
