摘　　要：针对儒家思想在由非汉族统治全国的元朝依然能取得统治地位,并顺利地传延下来,这虽然和儒家思想的内在性质不无关系,但绝非全部原因,政治家的思想和实践也同样是不容忽视的重要因素,选取该时期最杰出的政治家耶律楚材作为研究对象,运用文本还原、历史逻辑相统一的研究方法,通过对耶律楚材一系列思想的深入分析,得出耶律楚材以儒治国的思想及实践是不容忽视的重要因素。Yuan Dynasty is a very important period in Chinese theory history,for it is the first time that country is not governed by the Han nationality.Being the ancient China s general rule of managing state affairs,the Confucianism also got the legit status at Yuan Dynasty,and passed through the period well-off.Although it is of some relations with the inherent character of the Confucianism theory,it is another not-allow factor that the Yel Chu-cai s theory and practice that the country should be governed by Confucianism.
