关于古医籍对腧穴干预次序论述的思考

摘　　要：文章针对当代针灸忽视穴位下针先后次序这一针灸效应影响因素的问题,一方面从古代医籍有关标本缓急、补虚泻实及气血等中医理论,另一方面从现代临床和实验研究结果,阐释穴位针刺次序存在的合理性和研究的必要性。Chronologicaol order of acupuncture, as one of the influential factors of acupuncture therapeutic effect, has been commonly ignored at present. This article is to explain the rationality and necessity of chronologicaol order of acupuncture through following aspects. One is based on TCM theory, such as the ＇branch＇ and the ＇root＇ , gentleness and urgency, qi and blood, reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess. The other is findings of modern clinical and experimental researches.
