摘　　要：本文通过对《伤寒论》中部分条文的分析,认为张仲景辨证论治的思路有以下的特点:①同病须审寒热虚实而异治;②病证可因体质禀赋而转归;③详辨病位病性而予鉴别;④治随证变凸显辨证原则;这些给后世医家以很大的启发,对中医临证思维有着极大的指导意义。After analyzing texts of ShangHanLun in this article, the author believes that ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s theory of treatment by differentiation of syndrome is featured as： （1）Different treatments are given to the same disease based on the patient＇s specific conditions such as cold, heat, deficiency and excess. （2）The illness develops in different way based on constitutional differences. （3）Distinction must be done based on the location and character of illness. （4）The treatment must be changed based on the differentiation of syndrome. ZHANG＇s treatment by differentiation of syndrome is not only a great inspiration to the physicians in later generations but also provides great guidance to treatment by TCM.
