摘　　要：隐性思想政治教育具有教育目标和过程的隐蔽性、教育手段的非强制性、教育接受的无意识性、教育过程的长期性等特征,这就使它具有独特的教育功能:适应受教育者的心理,消除受教育者的接受障碍;形式丰富多彩,给受教育者提供接受动力;内容客观可信,加快受教育者的接受进程;与实践活动紧密结合,强化受教育者所接受的政治思想观念。With the features of implicitness in educational objective and process,non-coercion of educational means,unconsciousness of educational receiving as well as the long-term nature of education process,Implicit ideological and political education has many unique educational functions:it adapts to educatees' psychology and eliminates the receiving obstacles for educatees;Its variety in forms provides educatees with accepting power;Its objectivity and creditability in content speed up the accepting process for educatees;the close integrating with practical activities helps to strengthen educatees' received political thoughts.
