摘　　要：魔高一尺，则道高一丈，由于科研登记的消极意义日益突出，现实改革的呼声便愈来愈高。而具体的改革措施，则是将登记分成两块儿，一块儿仍旧是登记成果，另一块儿则“整容为”教学评考。惟其如此，才能真正实现教学与科研相结合的两条腿走路，从而将这一重大举措纳入更加科学健康的管理轨道!As vice rises one foot,then the virtue rises ten,is day by day prominent as a result of the scientific research registration negative significance,the reality reform call increasingly is then high.
