摘 要:随着城市交通的快速发展,管理和出行日益艰难,交通管理者和出行者对信息服务技术应用于交通的需求越显突出。简述定位卫星技术的发展及其在交通信息服务系统(TISS)中应用情况,提出开发基于北斗2代(BD-2)/GPS卫星定位系统兼容的交通信息服务系统的必要性和重要性,阐述包括总体目标、系统基本构成、工作原理、信息流程、系统实现、主要功能和性能优势在内的系统总体设计方案,并指出系统构建中涉及的关键技术,最后给出结论和发展展望。With the rapid development of the city traffic, it is difficult to manage and travel day by day, traffic administrators and travelers show the great demand for applying of the traffic information service technology. The paper first raised the problem of "travel difficult", then, it introduced the development of the positioning satellite technology, and the technology~ s application in the Traffic Information Service System (TISS). Next, the paper presented the necessity and importance of developing the TISS which based on the compatible of Beidou--2(BD--2) and GPS satellite position system. And the overall system design plans which include the system's objectives, basic constitution, operation principle, information procedure, realization, main functions and advantages were also explained. After pointing out the key technology involved in the constructing of the TISS. The paper gives its conclusions and further develop- ment.
