摘　　要：目的观察奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法108例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组采用脑梗死常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察治疗14d后的有效率和治疗前后神经功能缺损标准评分。结果治疗14d后观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠能提高脑梗死患者临床疗效。Objective To observe the efficacy of ozagrel sodium in treatment of acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods There 108 ACI patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group consisted of 54 cases andtreated with ozagrel sodium intravenously on the basis of conventional treatment and control group consisted of also 54 cases and treated with conventinal therapy..The effective rate and neurologic impairment scores（NIS） on pre-treatment and on the 14th day post-treatment were observed and compared. Results The effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ozagrel sodium is effective for ACI patient.
