海南地区665例食管癌和贲门癌患者临床流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的分析食管癌和贲门癌患者的临床资料,总结海南地区食管癌和贲门癌发病特征。方法收集海南省农垦总局医院1996～2008年食管癌和贲门癌患者住院治疗资料,并进行临床流行病学分析。结果665例食管癌和贲门癌患者均来自海南各地区。占同期全部恶性肿瘤8 712例的7.6%,各年所占比例变化不大。其中食管癌531例(79.8%),贲门癌134例(20.2%)。食管和贲门癌患者男女比例分别为4.6:1和4:1。男女之间有显著性差异(Р<0.01)。结论海南地区仍为非食管癌和贲门癌高发区,男性发病率明显高于女性。Objective To observe the prevlant status of esophageal and gastric eardia cancer in Hainan area. Methods The data of esophageal and gastric cardia cancer treated in Hainan Provincial Nongken Hospital over 13 years （96-08） were analyzed. Results There were 665 esophageal and gastric cardia cancer cases,including 531 （79.8%）） esophageal cancers, 134 （20.2%） with gastric eardia cancers. The ratios of male to female of esophageal and gastric cardia cancer were 4.6：1 and 4：1 respectively. Conclusion The incidence of esophageal and gastric eardia cancer were low in Hainan area.
