摘  要:分析了CNG发动机的电控系统结构,在设计的CNG发动机ECU硬件电路中应用了SPI拓扑网络。在CNG发动机电控系统中,SPI通信主要用于芯片状态信息的交互以及故障状态的反馈,具体用在节气门驱动电路、离散输出电路以及宽域氧传感器的控制电路中。根据SPI协议以及具体的芯片特性,制定了各个节点之间通信协议。设计了循环调用模式的软件程序。设计的CNG发动机控制器在台架上进行了试验验证,试验结果表明,SPI通信稳定可靠,可以实现稳定的控制功能,同时发动机可以满足功率和扭矩的输出要求。The electronic-controlled structure of compressed natural gas(CNG)engine was analyzed. The serial peripheral interface(SPI)network topology was applied to the ECU design of CNG engine. The SPI communication was mainly responsible for the interaction of chip state information and the feedback of fault state, which usually concentrated in the throttle driving circuit, the discrete output circuit and the control circuit of universal exhaust oxygen sensor. According to the SPI protocol and chip characteristic, the communication protocols between nods were set and the calling program of software was designed. The designed controller was testified by the experiment. The results show that the SPI communication is reliable and stable, which can realize the stable control and meet the output requirement of engine power and torque.
