摘 要:研究了猪场废水中磷酸盐和氨氮的去除,采用钢渣除磷酸盐,NaCl改性沸石除氨氮,考察了不同比例钢渣和沸石混合材料同时去除磷酸盐和氨氮的效果。结果表明:钢渣对猪场废水中磷酸盐去除效果明显,沸石对猪场废水中氨氮有很好的去除效果;混合材料中活化沸石和钢渣的比例为4:1时,氨氮和磷酸盐的去除率分别为75.87%和89.71%。猪场废水进行两级处理后,便可达到磷酸盐和氨氮的排放标准。Removal of phosphate and ammonia nitrogen from hogpen wastewater was investigated. Phosphate was removed by steel slag, and ammonia nitrogen was removed by zeolite modified by NaCl. Removal efficiency of phosphate and ammonia nitrogen by mixed materials of steel slag and zeolite was studied. Results showed that steel slag and zeolite can remove effectively phosphate and ammonia nitrogen from hogpen wastewater. When ratio of steel slag to zeolite was 4:1 in mixed materials, removal efficiency of phosphate and ammonia nitrogen were 75.87% and 89.71% respectively. After secondary treatment, the concentration of phosphate and ammonia nitrogen in hogpen wastewater can satisfy the discharge standard.
