摘　　要：科技企业孵化器是培育中小型企业和促进科技成果转化的重要载体,是高新技术产业化和区域创新体系的重要组成部分。系统而全面地梳理和分析了浙江科技企业孵化器发展的概况、特点和存在问题,研究并提出了进一步加快孵化器建设和发展的对策建议。High- tech business incubator is not only an important carrier for nurturing medium and small-sized enterprises and promoting the transformation from pure technology to real productivity,but also an important part of High-teeh industrialization and regional innovation system. This paper comprehensively analyzes the situation, characteristic and existing problems of High- tech business incubator development, and then provides some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of the incubator in Zhejiang.
