丁香挥发油β-环糊精包合物制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的确定丁香挥发油β-环糊精的最佳包合工艺条件。方法以挥发油包合率为指标,采用L9(34)正交表试验方法,优选制备丁香挥发油β-环糊精的最佳包合工艺条件。结果最佳包合工艺条件是油:β-环糊精为1:8、包合温度为50℃、包合搅拌时间为2h。结论丁香挥发油采用β-环糊精包合适于工业化生产。Objective To confirm the best inclusion processing conditions for β- eyclodextrin inclusion compound of clove oil. Methods With the encapsulation rate of clove oil as the index, the study was carried out with L9（3^4） orthogonal design to optimize the best inclusion processing conditions for β- cyclodextrin inclusion compound of clove oil. Results The best inclusion processing conditions were established as： oil ： β - cyclodextrin was 1 ： 8; the inclusion temperature： 50 ℃; the inclusion time： 2 h. Conclusion β - cyclodextrin inclusion compound of clove oil can be produced industrially.
