摘　　要：目的:探讨免疫反应对小鼠脑海马c-Fos蛋白表达水平的影响。方法:以鸡的红细胞作为抗原免疫小鼠,同时注射磷酸盐缓冲溶液PBS作为对照组。取小鼠脑石蜡切片采用免疫组化法检测其c-Fos蛋白的表达。结果:免疫组小鼠脑内c-Fos蛋白的表达水平明显高于对照组,比较免疫组与对照组免疫组化染色平均灰度有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:免疫应答过程增强小鼠脑内c-Fos蛋白的表达。Objective： To explore the effects of immune response on c-Fos expression in mice brain. Methods.. Mice were divided into experimental group and control group, immunologic memory of experimental group mice were achieved by using chicken red blood cells （CRBC） as extraneous antigen to stimulate immune response, and at the same time the control group were injected with PBS. The brains of the trained mice were sampled to make paraffin section for getting the expression result of c-Fos in brain by CRBC method of immunohistochemistry. Results： The experimental group has higher expression of c-Fos than the control group did （P~ 0. 001）. Conclusion： The immune response may strengthen the expression of c-Fos in mouse hippocampus.
