论隐性思想政治教育的作用机制及其启示

摘　　要：隐性思想政治教育的机制,是指隐性思想政治教育在进行过程中带有规律性的运作模式,即构成隐性思想政治教育的要素及要素之间的关系模式和受教育者反映、选择、整合教育信息,将它内化为自己的世界观、人生观和价值观,并进而外化为自己行动的过程模式。隐性思想政治教育的机制启示我们,为使隐性思想政治教育发挥应有效力,就要注意保持教育目标和过程的隐蔽性、教育手段的非强制性、教育方法的多样性、教育过程的长期性。The implicit ideological and political education mechanism refers to the regular operation in the implicit ideological and political education, which constitutes the process mode of the elements between implicit ideological and political education and other elements, the reflection, selection and integration of education information, the internalization of these into the receivers＇ view of the world, view of life and value, as well as the externalization into their action. The implicit ideological and political education mechanism suggests that we should keep the goal and the process of education implicit, education medium selective, education methods diversified, and education process longtermed.
