摘　　要：医疗保险制度是现代国家最重要的社会保障制度之一,事关广大人民群众最根本的利益。通过对国外医疗保险制度实践先进经验的总结,积极完善我国医疗保险制度,规范各有关行为主体的行为,积极完善法律体系及相关制度建设,已成为当务之急。Modern medical insurance system is the most important one of the social security system, which has a close relationship with the most essential interests of the people. By concluding the advanced experience of foreign medical insurance system, we can find the most important things for us to do are to improve China＇s medical insurance system, the relevant behavior of the main body, and the legal system and some other related systems.
