摘  要:为了提高沉积坯尺寸精度,研究了喷射成形过程中柱状沉积坯尺寸的模糊控制.在柱状喷射成形过程中,影响沉积盘进给调节系统的因素较多,数学模型难以建立,常规控制无法获得满意的效果.为此,提出了一种新的以沉积坯尺寸误差和误差变化率为输入量、以沉积盘进给速度为输出量,来完成对沉积盘进给量进行自动调节的模糊控制方案,并应用VC++编程语言实现.对模糊控制器的仿真结果表明,该模糊控制对沉积盘自动调节系统控制效果优良,为柱状沉积坯的有效制备提供了可靠保障.One of the main characteristics of spray forming process is to obtain the near-net shape of deposits. In order to improve the dimension precision of deposit, the fuzzy control of columnar deposit dimension in spray forming process was investigated. Because there exist many factors influencing the feeding regulation system of deposition plate in spray forming process, it is difficult to build the mathematic model and to obtain the satisfactory result by the normal control. Thus, a fuzzy control scheme was proposed, where the feeding amount of deposition plate was automatically adjusted with taking both deposition size error and error variation ratio as input variable as well as choosing the feeding speed of deposition plate as output variable, The fuzzy control scheme was realized using VC ++ programming language. The simulation results for the fuzzy controllor show that the fuzzy control has good effect in controlling the automatic regulation system of columnar deposit and exhibits the great reliability in the preparation of columnar deposit.
