摘  要:针对压力容器受压元件标准化的特点,在AutoCAD平台上以VBA为集成开发环境,开发了基于特征造型、参数化驱动的法兰、封头等受压元件的三维参数化图库.介绍了该图库的结构和用法,详细论述了运用VBA语言在AutoCAD中建立可视化标准件立体库的思路、方法以及相应的编程技巧,对建立相关行业立体标准件库具有一定的指导意义.此系统可根据输入的参数自动生成三维零件,为压力容器受压元件的设计提供了有力的工具支持,具有较强的实用价值.Aiming at the standardization character of pressure parts in pressure vessel, the 3D parametrical drawing library of such pressure parts as flange and end closure based on the feature modeling and parametrical driving was developed with taking VBA language as the integrated development environment on AutoCAD platform. The structure and usage of the drawing library were introduced. The idea, method and programming skill to create the visual standard part tridimensional library in AutoCAD using VBA language were described. It has a certain guiding significance for establishing the standard part tridimensional library of relevant industries. The system can automatically produce the 3D parts according to the inputted parameters. It provides a powerful tool for the design of pressure parts in pressure vessel and has the stronger practical value.
