摘  要:实行高校教师绩效管理是科学发展观在高校管理中的具体运用,推行绩效管理有利于促进高校和教师的共同发展。为了加强高校教师绩效管理,必须以科学发展观为指导,明确高校教师绩效管理的基本目标,遵循以人为本的高校教师绩效管理原则,优化高校教师绩效管理系统。Pedormance management of teachers in China' s higher education institutiohs represents the practical employment of scientific development concept in the higher education institutions' management, which can promote the mutual development of both China' s higher education institutions and their teachers. However, performance management in the higher education institutions of China is not always based on the scientific development concept. Therefore, in order to strengthen performance management of teachers in China' s higher education institutions, we must, directed by the scientific development concept, define its basic goal , carry out the human - oriented principles for it and construct the optional systems for it.
