摘　　要：中医在诊治疾病、组方用药的过程中,如何运用整体观与辨证论治,是临床治疗的难题。从定因、定性、定位、定势和定量的过程进行细化分析,有助于我们认真分析每一个疾病,掌握其规律,从动态的过程中进行论治,可使我们组方精良,选药准确,用量合适,有助于提高临床疗效。During the process of diagnosing disease and making prescription, how to apply the holistic concept and syndrome differentiation is a problem in clinical treatment. Having a refined analysis from the determination of cause, nature, location, trend and quantity may be useful to analyse every disease and master its rule. Differentiating the syndrome from the dynamic state may help us make an exact prescription, choose correct drugs and take appropriate dosage.
