摘 要:目的对阿给炒炭前后亲脂性成分的变化进行探讨。方法取用生阿给、阿给炭,分别加入醋酸乙酯,超声提取后经离心提取上清液进行气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)分析,通过NIST标准质谱图库进行检索鉴定各化合物,按峰面积归一化法计算各化合物在挥发油中的百分含量。结果从中鉴定出32个化合物,其中有24个峰有变化。阿给中共有11个阿给炭没有检测出的成分,包括桉油精、D-樟脑、冰片、(1R-c is)-1-甲基-2-(1-甲基乙烯基)环丁基乙醇、二戊烯、1-羟甲基-7,7-二甲基-双环[2.2.1]庚-2-酮、(-)-匙叶桉油烯醇、3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六碳烯-1-醇、异香茅醇、(E)-9-十八碳烯酸和廿一烷。阿给炭中共有11个阿给中没有检测出的成分,包括环己基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、1-十二碳烯、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苦杏仁酸、十二醛、碘代十八烷、2,4-二树丁基苯酚、2-甲基二十烷、十六碳酰胺、(Z)-9-十八烯酸酰胺、软脂酸,2-羟基-1-羟甲基乙酯和硬脂酸,2-羟基-1-羟甲基乙酯。结论阿给炒炭前后亲脂性成分种类和含量都有很大变化。Objective To study the changes of the fatty components of Arteisia frigida before and after carbonization. Method- s Arteisia frigida and Arteisia frigida carbonisatus were ultrasonic extracted with ethylacetate, and the two extracts were analyzed by GC -MS after filtration. Their constituents were identified through NIST and the contents were determined by normalization method. Results Thirty two components were identified. Among them, 11 peaks were detected in Arteisiafrigida more than Aresia siafrigida carbonisatus. They were eucalyptol, bicyclo [2.2.1 ] heptan - 2 - one, 1,7,7 - trimethyl -, (1R) -, borneol, 1 - methyl - 2 - ( 1 - methyl ethenyl) - ( 1 R - cis) - cyclobutaneethanol, limonene, 1 - hydroxymethyl - 7,7 - dimethy lbicyclo [ 2. 2.1 ] heptan - 2 - one, ( - ) - spathulenol, 3,7,11,15 - Tetramethyl - 2 - hexadecen - 1 - ol, isocitronellol, (E) - 9 - Octadecenoic acid, heneicosane, respectively. There were 11 components detected in Arteisia frigida carbonisatus more than Arteisia frigida. They were cyclohexyldimethoxymethyl - silane, 1 - dodecene, 3 - hydroxy - 4 - methoxymandelic acid, dodecanal, 1 - iodo - octadecane, 2,4 - bis ( 1,1 - dimethylethyl) - phenol, 2 - methyl - eicosane, hexadecanamide, (Z) - 9 - octadecenamide, octadecanoic acid ,2 -hydroxy - 1 - (hydroxymethyl)ethyl ester and hexadecanoic acid ,2 -hydroxy - 1 - (hydroxymethyl) ethyl ester, respectively. Conclusion There are many differences of the species and contents of the fatty components between Arteisia frigida and Arteisia frigida carbonisatus.
