余甘子叶提取成分没食子酸的体外抗肿瘤实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨从余甘子叶提取分离得到的活性成分没食子酸的抗肿瘤作用。方法采用MTT法和细胞集落形成法观察没食子酸对人肝癌细胞株Bele7404、人胃癌细胞株SGC7901、小鼠肝癌细胞株H22和小鼠肉瘤细胞株S1804种肿瘤细胞的体外抑制作用。结果MTT法和细胞集落形成法测定的结果均显示,当没食子酸浓度在2.5μg/m l以上时,4种肿瘤细胞株的生长均受到明显抑制。结论余甘子叶提取成分没食子酸在体外对不同组织来源的肿瘤细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用。Objective To isolate the anti - tumor activity components for gallic acid from the ethanol extract of the ethyl acetate fractions of the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica L. Methods The growth inhibition was analyzed by MTT and cell colony measurement technique in the hepatocellular carcinoma Bele7404, stomach carcinoma SGC7901, hepatoma H22 and fibrosarcoma S180 cells line in vitro. Results MTT assay and cell colony measurement technique were indicated, the growth of four tumor cells were obviously inhibited when gallic acid concentration was at 2.5 μg / ml and above. Conclusion The results suggest that gallic acid is cytotoxic to the variety of the cancer cells.
