摘 要:选用季铵铜(ACQ)、铜唑(CuAz)及环烷酸铜(CuN)3种铜基防腐剂,考察防腐剂添加对竹材定向刨花板物理力学性能的影响。研究表明,3种防腐剂处理材的物理力学性能,均满足LY/T 1580-2000《定向刨花板》中OSB/3规定;其中,CuAz及CuN各载药量处理材的性能均超过OSB/4的要求,并且综合力学性能优于ACQ处理材。添加2.21 kg/m3的CuAz制作的板材性能略低于对照试板外,其余防腐剂或载药量对板材性能无不利影响。Ammoniacal Copper Quat (ACQ), Copper Azole (CuAz), and Copper Naphthenate (CuN) preservatives were selected to treat bamboo strands before making bamboo oriented strand board (BOSB). The influence of the preservatives on the board properties were investigated. The results showed that the physical and mechanical properties of all treated BOSB boards exceeded the requirements for grade OSB/3 according to the Chinese Forestry Industry Standard 'Oriented strand board'-LY/T 1580-2000. Boards treated by CuAz and CuN even met the specifications for grade OSB/4. Generally, hoards treated by CuAz and CuN showed better performance than that by ACQ. It was fount that properties of the board treated with excessive CuAz (2.21 kg/m^3) were lower than those of control boards. However, there were no obvious results indicating that the ACQ adversely affected the properties of BOSB panels.
