摘　　要：从产地环境、种藠选择、整地与施肥、栽植方法与密度、大田管理和病虫害防治等多个方面对绿色食品藠头栽培的关键技术进行规程化概述,为绿色食品藠头的优质、高效生产提供技术支撑。The paper summarized the key cultivation technologies of green food crop Allium chinensis from the following aspects： environments of planting area, selection of breeding bulb, soil preparation and fertilization, field management, the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests. The goal of the paper is providing technological support for the high - quality and high - efficient production of green food crop Allium chinensis.
