含中药两面针提取液牙膏治疗固定正畸牙龈炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察含2%中药两面针提取液的牙膏在固定正畸中对牙龈炎的防治作用。方法42名固定正畸患者随机分为两组,其中试验组使用含2%中药两面针提取液的牙膏,对照组使用不含中药的牙膏,于正畸治疗前、治疗后3个月、6个月分3次对受试对象的牙菌斑(用菌斑指数PLI表示)与牙龈炎(用牙龈指数GI表示)状况进行观察。结果治疗前试验组和对照组GI、PLI的均值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药3、6个月,试验组与对照组GI的均值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而PLI仅在6个月时有统计学意义。结论含中药两面针提取液的牙膏能减少牙菌斑数,改善牙龈健康。Objective To observe the preventive effect of toothpaste containing 2% Zanthoxylum Nitidum extract on gingivitis in fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods Forty-two patients with fixed orthodontic treatment were assigned into experimental group and control group. The patients in experimental group used the toothpaste containing 2% Zanthoxylum Nitidum extraction, while in control group used common non-pharmic-toothpaste. The dental plaque and the status of gingivitis were assessed before experiment, and after experiment for 3 and 6 months. Results There was no significant difference in dental plaque and the status of gingivitis between 2 groups before experiment（ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was significant difference in the status of gingivitis between 2 groups at the end of 3 and 6 months （P 〈 0.05）, while significant difference in dental plaque between 2 groups at the end of 6 months. Conclusion Toothpaste containing Zanthoxylum Nitidum extract can obviously decrease the incidence of dental plaque and enhance gingival health.
