摘　　要：通过对北京奥运会遗产的价值界定,从有形遗产价值和无形遗产价值两个层面阐述了其价值内涵,以及如何开发、利用其价值的策略研究。北京奥运会将为北京、中国和世界留下一份独特的遗产,它的价值不仅仅局限于对奥林匹克运动的贡献,而且对北京、对中国将产生深远的影响。And by interviewing experts and comprehensive analysis,the value of the legacy of Beijing Olympic Games is defined;from aspects of tangible and intangible legacy value,the involution,development,and exploitation of the legacy value are elaborated.Beijing Olympic Games leaves the host city,China and even the world an unique legacy and imposes a far-reaching impact on Beijing and China.
