摘 要:《劳动合同法》以构建和发展和谐稳定的劳动关系为宗旨,进一步完善了劳动合同制度,明确了劳动合同双方当事人的权利和义务,保护了劳动者的合法权益。但是,从社会性别的视角出发,其在维护妇女的劳动权益,尤其在妇女劳动权益保护问题上仍然存在许多问题或漏洞,亟待完善。"Labor Contract Law"be helpful to build and develop harmonious and stable labor relations,to further improve the labor contract system clarifies the labor contracts of both parties rights and obligations,to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.However,from a gender perspective,this Labor Contract Law in the maintenance of women s labor rights especially in the protection of women s labor rights problems and loopholes should be addressed.This article makes some suggestions on the above issues to improve the" Labor Contract Law".
