摘　　要：目的：探讨人乳头瘤病毒与泌尿系肿瘤关系。方法：用ＰＣＲ检测５０例膀胱癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒的感染情况。结果：ＨＰＶ１６、１８型检测阳性率１０％，ＨＰＶ通用型（即６、１１、１６、１８、３１、３３）检测阳性率６０％。其感染与病理分级无关。Human papillomavirus is closely associated with urologic tumors. We have examined the infection of human papillomavirus in 50 bladder tissues with the polymerase chain reaction method. The results showed that the positive rate of HPV 16, 18 infection was 10%, and that of the HPV general type was 60%.It suggests that there is no relationship between HPV infection and the pathological grading, but that the mixed infection of this virus is one of the factors that might contribute to development of bladder cancer.
