摘　　要：该设计系统在三维CAD设计软件的基础上,结合相变换热技术特点进行二次开发和集成创新,实现了相变锅炉(相变加热炉)理论计算、炉内结构预排布、三维设计验证、快速输出二维工程图"一气呵成"的设计过程。经过在数百台产品设计中使用验证,并经国家高新技术研究发展计划(863计划)课题验收,设计效率提高数十倍,设计差错率减低到1%以下,不存在人为制图错误,在相变锅炉专业生产制造企业及油田装备制造企业具有推广应用价值。Based on the three -dimensional CAD design software, the design system combines the characteristics of phase change and thermal exchange technology to achieve the second development and integration innovation, and realizes the coherent design process, including theoretical calculations for phase - change boiler （ phase - change heater）, pre - arrangement structure of the boiler（ heater）, three - dimensional design testification and fast output of two - dimensional engineering drawings. Through the application for the design of hundreds of products and the verification, checked and accepted by the National High - Tech Research Development Plan （ 863 Plan）, the design efficiency increases to tens of times, while design error rate reduces to less than 1% of the original. These results have extendable applied value in the professional manufacturing enterprise of phase change boilers and oilfield equipment.
