摘　　要：GDSS的使用带来了匿名性的问题,为了检测在中国文化环境下匿名决策对群组性能的影响,设计了一个2因子的实验群组,群组大小为3。结果显示在决策质量方面匿名群组和非匿名群组没有表现出差别,但是,匿名情况下出现决策迁移的现象比非匿名情况下少。最后对结果进行了探讨。In view of the problem of anonymity produced by GDSS, this paper examines the effects of anonymity on group decision making and decision shift in Chinese cultural context by designing a 2-factorial experiment group whose size is three. The Results indicated that there were no differences in decision quality between the anonymous groups and the identified groups, but there were fewer decision shifts in the former than in the latter. Finally the implications of these findings are discussed.
