摘 要:复杂系统内部的争执、矛盾、冲突往往都发生在各个子系统间的界面上,因此系统界面协调已经成为制约系统运作效率高低的关键因素。本文以协商理论为基础,将协调对象用可拓物元表示,在用模糊函数描述各协调单元基本特征基础上,确定各方的协调阀值;并采用模糊控制规则,通过多维加权贴近度的方式在协调各方的指标之间进行合适匹配,从而去探索双方的协调阀值,以取得各方满意的协调值。文章最后给出了基于协商理论的界面协调流程。During the process of system operation, lots of conflicts and disputes occur due to improper interface coordination. So an efficacious interface coordination mechanism is critical to the normal operation of system. Based on bargaining theory and methodology, this paper puts forward a coordination mechanism to resolve the conflicts occurring in the system. First, the coordination threshold of each party can be determined with the coordination objective denoted with substanceelement and the basic character of disputing parties with fuzzy function. Second, based on fuzzy control,indexes put forward by each disputing party can be matched by means of multidimensional applicability in order to find the suited coordination value. Finally, a procedure chart of coordination based on bargaining theory and methodology is put forward in this paper.
