摘　　要：现代社会对信息资源的需求愈来愈迫切,我国已经把建设信息资源作为推进现代化建设的重要战略手段。本文从我国信息作用建设现状入手,以期为确定我国信息资源建设发展目标与发展战略提供一些参考。The requirements of modem society to information resources are increasing clay by day, and the information resources construction has been comidered as an important strategic means of promoting modernization construction in China. Starting flora the present situation of information function comtruction, this paper provides some references for ascertaining the development target and development strategy of Chinese information resources comtruction.
