儿童眼外伤玻璃体视网膜手术效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体视网膜手术治疗儿童穿孔性眼外伤的效果。方法应用玻璃体视网膜手术治疗2.5～12岁儿童穿孔性眼外伤35例(35眼)。包括眼内炎、玻璃体积血、眼内异物、视网膜脱离等。结果35眼行玻璃体视网膜手术(联合晶状体摘出8眼,异物摘出4眼,硅油充填6眼,人工晶状体植入6眼)治疗后,视力提高18眼(51.43%),无变化12眼(34.29%),下降5眼(14.28%)。结论玻璃体视网膜手术对儿童穿孔性眼外伤有较好的治疗效果,可以挽救部分视力,少部分儿童可以达到脱盲、脱残的目的。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the vitreo-retinal surgery in the treatment of children＇ s penetrated ocular injury. Methods 35 children （2.5 to 12 years old）, 35 eyes with penetrated ocular injuey were undergone vitreo-retinal surgery, concluding endophthalmitis vitreous hemorrhage intraocular foreign body, retinal detachment, et al. Results After the vitreo - retinal surgery（8 eyes of associated crystalline lens removal, 4 eyes of removal of foreign bodies, 6 eyes of silicone oil tamponade, 6 eyes of intraocular lens implantation）on 35 cases 35 eyes, 18 eyes had their vision improved （51. 43% ）, 12 eyes remained unchanged （34.29%） and 5 eyes worsen （ 14.28% ）. Conclusion Vitreoretinal surgery has a better effect on penetrated ocular injury of children. It can save partial sight, help a few of children get rid of blindness or handicap.
