双手娩核法在手法小切口白内障摘出术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨双手娩核技术在手法小切口白内障摘出术中的应用。方法对166例(210眼)手法小切口白内障手术中双手娩核技术进行总结。结果术后1周最佳矫正视力≥0.5者173眼(82.38%)。术中后囊破裂6眼(2.86%),悬韧带断离2眼(0.96%),后弹力层轻度撕脱1眼(0.48%),虹膜反复脱出切口2眼(0.96%),无晶状体核坠入玻璃体腔或眼内出血等并发症。结论在手法小切口白内障手术中,采用双手娩核技术可以减少术中并发症,使手术更安全、更方便。Objective To study the safety and efficacy of the bimanual technique for nucleus extraction from the capsular bag in manual small incision cataract surgery. Methods 210 eyes of 166 cases with cataract were undergone manual small incision cataract surgery. We used the bimanual technique for nucleus extrac- tion from the capsular bag in surgery. The visions and complications were observed. Results The visual acuity was checked one week after operation. The corrected visual acuity of 173 eyes （82.38%） was 0.5 or better. During surgery, posterior capsular rupture occurred in 6 eyes （2.86%） and zonular dialysis occurred in 2 eyes （0.96%）. The other comphcations were iris prolapsed （2 eyes,0.96%）, and Descement＇ s detachment （1 eye, 0.48% ） No complications of nucleus dropped into vitreous or bleeding was observed. Conclusion Nucleus extraction can be safer and easier when we use bimanual technique for help.
