摘 要:目的研究金银花、草珊瑚、土茯苓等中药对超氧阴离子自由基(■)的清除能力,进一步阐明其药理作用。方法利用AP-TEMED系统产生■和用分光光度法测定加入以上中药水提取液■清除率的变化,用SSTP软件进行统计,方差分析数据。结果金银花、草珊瑚、淮山药、土茯苓、茯苓水提取液对■清除率分别是(86.27±5.76)%,(57.90±6.66)%,(12.25±4.04)%,(13.22±3.39)%,(13.63±4.81)%,P均<0.001。0.1g/mL浓度的金银花0.125,0.25,0.5,1.0mL对■清除率分别为12.1%,41.4%,61.8%,91.1%,相关系数(r)=0.9597,P=0.0402,呈直线关系。结论所测的几种中药对■均有较好的清除能力,但他们有显著性差异。Objective It is to study the clearing ability of honeysuckle, sarcandra glabra, glabrous greenbrier rhizome on O2^- , and to interpret the pharmacologic actions of these traditional Chinese medicines above further. Methods O2^- was produced with 2 the system of AP- TEMED and the clearing rate of O2^- was measured with spectrophotometric method after it was added 2 water extract from every traditional Chinese medicines above. The software of SSTP was used to do analysis of statistics and variance. Results The clearing rate of water extract from honeysuckle, sarcandra glabra, dioscorea batatas, glabrous greenbrier rhizome and poria cocos were (86.27±5.76)%, (57.90±6.66)%, (12.25±4.04)%, (13.22±3.39)% and (13.63 ± 4.81 ) % respectively, with the comparison of P 〈 0. 001. The clearing rate on O2^- of 0.1 g/mL honeysuckle 2 0.125, 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0 mL were 12.1%, 41.4 %, 61.8 % and 91.1% respectively. The correlation coefficient (r) = 0. 959 7, P = 0. 042, it is linear correlation. Conclusion These traditional Chinese medicines have good ability to clear O2^-, 2 but still have significant difference among them.
