北京郊区城市化发展的背景与新理念——以北京市大兴区为例

摘　　要：在总结课题成果的基础上,提出首都郊区城市化的指导思想与新理念,应用指标指数对比方法,定量地揭示北京市人口空间动态的规律背景及大兴区城市化、现代化的程度.北京郊区城市化发展主要以"人口集中、产业集聚、土地集约利用"为目标,统筹考虑卫星城、中心镇和新村的发展与建设.大兴区城市化发展目标要与其实现现代化目标相结合和协调.有重点地提升城市形象,集中打造区域与城市品牌.It＇s obvious that city entirety suburbanization and suburban area urbanization development have been appeared in Beijing. The target of Capital suburban urbanization development planning is ＂ population in concentrated, industry cluster and the intensive use of the land＂, It＇s worth the whistle of overall consideration to the development and construction of the satellite city, center town and new ,tillage. The urbanization development targets of Daxing district should be combined and harmonized with its realizable modernization target, and be tied with the integral modernization target of Beijing; the construction of the town in urban planning should be harmonized and related to the entirety development construction of Beijing. It＇s important to update the image of the city in focus and make the brand of the city and region.
