摘　　要：当前,就业难的原因是多方面的,文章通过对就业难原因进行探析,提出政府、用人单位、高等院校和毕业生应积极配合,采取相应对策。Employment of college graduates is related to developments of the country, society, college and career of the graduate himself. Nowadays, there are many reasons for the difficult employment of college graduates. This paper investigates these reasons and proposes that the government, units which choose and employ graduates, colleges and graduates should cooperate actively to adopt corresponding strategies to cope with this problem.
