摘 要:目的研究儿童屈光参差性弱视mfVEP与P—VEP的特征,探讨屈光参差性弱视的发病机制。方法选用mfVEP与P—VEP联合采集记录30名正常对照组、56例屈光参差性弱视组儿童,统计学分析其mfVEP与P—VEP的特点。结果(1)mfVEP与P—VEP皆显示屈光参差性弱视组非弱视眼的视功能最好,正常对照眼次之,弱视眼最差。(2)屈光参差性弱视组弱视眼振幅密度在中央视野10°范围内下降最明显(P〈0.01),这种改变随离心度的增加而减少。(3)弱视眼不同分度的rnfVEP各同心环的振幅密度、潜时及P—VEPP波的潜时、振幅差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。(4)弱视的分度与双眼屈光参差度数差之间的相关系数为0.368(P〈0.05)。结论(1)屈光参差性弱视存在“单眼抑制”。(2)屈光参差性弱视的机能及形态学异常可能存在于从神经节细胞到视皮层的整个通路中。(3)屈光参差性弱视的发病机制与其他类型弱视不同。(4)屈光参差性弱视程度与屈光度有一定的正相关。Objective To study the characteristics ofmfVEP and P-VEP in anisometropic amblyopia eyes, and to evaluate the mechanism ofanisometropic amblyopia. Methods mfVEP and P-VEP data were analyzed and compared between normal and anisometropic amblyopia eyes. Results 1. The non-amblyopia fellow eyes had the best function, and then the control eyes, the amblyopia eyes were the worst. 2. In anisometropic amblyopia eyes,the amplitude ofmfVEP were significantly attenuated in the 10° central visual field. 3. No significant differences were found among different degrees of anisometropic amblyopia eyes in mfVEP or P-VEP. 4. Correlation coefficient between degree of amblyopia eyes and anisometropic score was 0.368 (p〈0. 05). Conclusions 1. "Monocular suppressed" resulted in anisometropic amblyopia eyes and "monocular excited" in the fellow eyes. 2. In anisometropic amblyopia eyes, disfunction and morphology disorder maybe exist through the full visual pathway. 3. Mechanism of anisometropic amblyopia differs from other kinds of amblyopia. 4. The more different diopters between the two eyes, the more possibilities the children develop anisometropic amblyopia.
