摘 要:目的:在建立口内即刻负载抑制上颌骨生长的动物模型的基础上,探索受压骨缝组织的微观结构变化规律。方法:选用生长发育期恒河猴为实验动物,对上颌骨施加向后牵引力,持续作用5周后,前牙呈现反,取颧颌缝、额颌缝、颞颧缝、腭中缝骨缝标本切片扫描电镜观察。结果:扫描电镜观察颧颌缝表现为蜂窝组织状,不规则的胶原纤维前体聚集,胶原纤维明显粗大,纤维细胞排列极其紊乱,大部分胶元纤维断裂。而颞颧缝呈现纤维细胞排列较为规整,胶原粗细不均,胶元纤维断裂少,更接近于正常骨缝结构。结论:上颌骨中微钛种植体即刻施加矫治力后,颧颌缝的骨改建最明显,是本研究中抑制上颌骨的生长主要部位。颞颧缝变化很小,接近于正常骨缝结构。以颧骨作为支抗抑制上颌骨的生长是理想选择。Objective: To study the changes of compressed cranial sutures in immature male rhesus with inhabition of maxillary growth.Methods: An immature male rhesus was selectd as experimental animal.Maxilla was immediately loaded by backward force.After 5 weeks,anterior crossbite was observed.The experimental animal was killed,then the specimens of cranial sutures were examined by scaning electron microscopy. Results: Scanning electron microscope showed zygomaticomaxillary suture had merged into one loose cellular texture, packed irregular precollagenous fibrils. Fibers enlarged and had no organization and seemed to be running in all directions,and most of fibers collapsed. Fibers in temporozygomatic suture were more regular than those in zygomaticomaxillary suture. There were seldom fibers collapsed in temporozygomatic suture, so it was similar to normal sutures. Conclusion : After 5 weeks, the change of zygomaticomaxillary suture was most obvious. The result showed that the force of inhibition maxillary growth was exerted on zygomaticomaxillary suture. Temporozygomatic suture was similar to normal suture. So zygomatic bone may be suitable anchorage for inhibiting maxillary growth.
