摘  要:目的:体外评价不同锥度牙胶应用连续波充填技术充填弯曲根管的充填质量。方法:选用离体弯曲的上颌第一磨牙近中颊根30颗,随机分为3组。通过测量牙胶占根管的比例,比较连续波充填技术使用不同锥度牙胶(A组使用.04锥度牙胶,B组使用ProTaper匹配锥度牙胶)和侧方加压技术(C组)的充填质量。结果:2 mm处牙胶所占比例:A组为(90.0±6.2)%,B组为(92.1±4.0)%,C组为(82.2±10.3%)。4 mm处牙胶所占比例:A组为(89.4±8.2)%,B组为(93.4±4.5)%,C组为(82.1±9.5)%。结论:连续波充填技术有较好的充填质量,使用不同锥度牙胶对充填效果没有明显影响。Objective: To evaluate the obturation qualities of continuous wave of condensation technique using differently tapered gutta-percha in vitro.Methods: A total of 30 curved mesial-buccal roots of the first maxillary molar were divided into three identical groups of 10 roots.The effectiveness of continuous wave of condensation technique using differently tapered gutta-percha and lateral condensation technique were assessed through measuring the percentage of gutta-percha(PGP). Results: At the 2 mm level,the PGP was 90.0 ±6.2% in the group A,92.1±4.0% in the group B,and 82.2 ± 10.3% in the group C. At the 4 mm level, the PGP was 89.4 ±8.2 % in the group A,93.4 ± 4.5% in the group B,and 82.1±9.5% in the group C. Conclusion: Continuous wave of condensation technique had good obturation qualities. The obturation qualities of continuous wave of condensation technique using differently tapered gutta - percha had no apparent difference.
