帕金森病交感神经皮肤反应的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)对帕金森病(PD)患者自主神经功能障碍的诊断价值。方法:对62例PD患者和35例健康人进行了SSR检测,并进行对比分析。结果:PD患者SSR异常率为69%,SSR潜伏期明显延长,波幅明显降低,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:SSR可作为评价PD患者自主神经功能障碍的客观指标。Objective To explore the value of sympathetic skin response （SSR）in assessing the autonomic nerve dysfunction in patients with Parkinson disease. Methods SSR test was performed in 62 PD patients and 35 healthy peo- ple. The results were compared between two groups. Results The abnormality rate of SSR in PD patients was 69% ,the latency of SSR was longer and the amplitude of SSR was lower in PD patients than in the control group. There was a sig- nificant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion PD patient＇s autonomic nerve function obstacle is more extensive than the ones originally imagined. SSR can be as the objective index of appraising PD patient＇s autonomic nerve function obstacle.
