益髓生血颗粒治疗重型β珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察中药益髓生血颗粒治疗重型β珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血(地贫)的临床疗效。方法重型β地贫44例,重型β地贫复合血红蛋白E(HbE)22例。年龄2～16岁;男45例,女21例。益髓生血颗粒治疗用药方法为1包/次,10g/包,6岁以下儿童2次/d,6岁以上3次/d,3个月为1个疗程。治疗前后检测各组Hb、RBC、网织红细胞(Ret)和胎儿血红蛋白(HbF)值。结果44例重型β地贫中37例有效,22例重型β地贫复合HbE中21例有效,治疗后Hb、RBC、Ret和HbF值均较治疗前增高,其中重型β地贫组治疗前vs治疗后Hb(g/L):46.40±10.68vs55.73±13.87,RBC(×1012L-1):2.31±0.55vs2.85±0.80,Ret(%):6.56±3.73vs9.30±5.47,HbF(%):49.55±24.81vs64.57±26.11。重型β地贫复合HbE组治疗前vs治疗后Hb(g/L):50.18±9.03vs64.36±11.12,RBC(×1012L-1):2.77±0.45vs3.51±0.54,Ret(%):10.05±7.70vs14.55±9.93,HbF(%):25.77±9.50vs32.05±12.56。治疗前后Hb、RBC、Ret和HbF值差异均有统计学意义(Pa<0.01)。结论益髓生血颗粒治疗重型β地贫有一定疗效,可提高其Hb水平,改善贫血症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yisui Shengxue Granule on β - thalassemia major. Methods Yisui Shengxue Granule was used to treat 44 cases with β - thalassemia major and 22 cases with β - thalassemia major combined with hemoglobin E, Aged from 2 to 16 years old ;45 boys and 21 girls. Yisui Shengxue Granule,which was 10 gram per package,was used 1 package each time. To chil- dren younger than 6 years old, it was used twice per day ; to children older than 6 years old, it was taken 3 packages each day. The level of hemoglobin （Hb） ,red blood cell （RBC） ,reticulocytes（Ret） ,fetal hemoglobin（HbF） were measured before and after treatment. Results The therapy was effective in 37 out of 44 cases with β - thalassemia major and 21 out of 22 cases with β - thalassemia combined with hemoglobin E. The levels of Hb, RBC, Ret and HbF post - therapy significantly increased compared with pre - therapy [ β - thalassemia major： Hb （g/L） 46.40 ±10.68 vs 55.73 ±13.87,RBC（ ×10^12 L^-1） 2.31 ±0.55 vs2.85 ±0.80,Ret（%） 6,56±3,73 vs9.30±5.47,HbF（%） 49.55 ± 24.81 vs 64.57 ± 26.11 ; β - thalassemia combined with hemogobin E ： Hb（g/L） 50.18 ± 9.03 vs 64.36 ± 11.12, RBC （ × 10^12 L^-1 ） 2.77 ± 0.45vs3.51±0.54,Ret（%） 10.05 ±7.70vs14.55±9.93,HbF（%） 25.77 ± 9. 50 vs 32. 05 ±12. 56 ] （ Pa 〈 0. 01） . Conclusions Yisui Shengxue Granule is yery effective to β - thalassemia major. It can increase the Hb concentration, and alleviate therefore alleviate symptoms resulting from anemia.
