摘　　要：模糊聚类分析算法是对聚类算法的改进,笔者讨论了算法的基本原理、数据的处理方法,并用模糊聚类方法对教师授课效果进行分类分析,选取适当的相似系数,建立模糊矩阵,用动态聚类法进行分类分析,实现了量化评价与综合评价相结合,提高了评价水平,为今后确定评价指标提供了可靠的依据.Fuzzy cluster analysis algorithm is improving for clustering algorithm, the basic principles of fuzzy cluster analysis algorithm and the processing method of data are discussed in the paper, and applied the approach of fuzzy clustering to analyze teaching quality of teacher. This approach means to select appropriate similar coefficient and to set up fuzzy similar matrix, and to use dynamic clustering to make classification. This method achieve to combine the evaluation of quantification and that of qualification, realizing the evaluating level, to offer the reliable basis for confirming the evaluation index in the future .
