摘　　要：在高校规模迅速扩大,社会力量进入高等教育领域,办学及办学主体多样化的情况下,如何办好特色专业是各高校普遍关心的问题.建立和完善行之有效的高等学校特色专业教学质量管理体系,是保证特色专业教学质量的必要手段和有力措施.How to do good professional characteristics is a common question to be concerned in colleges and universities under the higher education expansion rapidly in scale, social forces entering in higher education field, and running a school and running subject diversification. To establish and perfect effective teaching quality management system of the higher education professional characteristics are necessary means and strong measures for ensuring the teaching quality of professional characteristics.
