论大学生心理健康教育理念的积极转向

摘　　要：大学生心理健康教育是我国高等教育中的发展性课题,随着心理健康教育内涵与目标的深化,以及心理学理论研究中出现的文化学转向、本土化转向、积极转向,共同推进大学生心理健康教育的理念嬗变。它表现在心理健康教育的对象由"问题"学生到大多数学生身上;心理健康教育的内容由过去的单纯"纠错"转向以培育学生的积极品质为主;心理健康教育的方式从简单理论灌输到增加积极体验。Mental health education of university students is a developmental subject in the higher education of China. By deepening the connotation and objectives of the mental health education, the cultural, native and positive turn in the psychological study make the idea evolution of mental health education of university students. In the mental health education of university students, the object changes from some ＂troublesome＂ students to most ones, the content changes from correcting mistakes in the past to developing positive characters of the students nowadays, and the method changes from simple theoretical pouring to increasing positive experiences.
