摘　　要：实验教学是高等学校人才培养的重要环节,对提高学生的综合素质、创新精神和实践能力具有重要和特殊的作用。新时期,高等学校办学规模扩大,新建专业增加,学生数量大幅增长,实验教学必须从转变观念、构建新的实验教学体系和教学模式、加强实验教学队伍建设等方面进行改革,以适应新时期人才培养的需要。Experimental teaching is a key step in the talents cultivation in colleges and universities,for it is of great and special importance to improve students comprehensive quality,creative spirit and practical ability.To meet the need of talents training in the new era,we should change the ideas,construct new education system and new teaching mode,and strengthen the construction of experimental teaching team with the expansion of school running scale,etc.
