摘　　要：本文将标杆比较法运用到IT投资回报的评价中,从支持内外沟通、支持经营管理、支持竞争战略三个方面建立了一套评价指标体系,并运用蛛网法以及多目标决策法从直观对比和综合量化测度两方面构建标杆比较法的指标体系评价模型。系统地介绍了标杆比较法在IT投资回报评价中的应用,为企业选择评价IT投资回报的方法提供借鉴,以促进信息化的建设发展。This paper applies benchmarking to evaluate information technology payoff. It establishes a set of evaluation indices aimed at supporting communication between inside and outside, operation management and competition strategy, and sets up an evaluation model of benchmarking indices bv spider chart law and multiple criteria decision making law from specific analysis and comprehensive measure. This paper, introducing the application of benchmarking to IT payoff, provides a reference for enterprises to choose evaluation methods of the IT return on investment and accelerates the construction and development of informationization.
