摘　　要：根据采自东海区福建长禾沿岸潮间带的标本记述了微稚虫属(多毛纲:海稚虫科)一新种,多齿微稚虫。该种最主要的分类学特征为体后部疣足腹叶具多齿巾钩刚毛,此外,第一刚节疣足背叶十分退化,且无背刚毛。多齿微稚虫为中国海微稚虫属首次报道的成体种类,在以往该属分类学研究中仅记录过数个幼体标本,且未定至种级水平。A new species of Spionidae （Annelida： Polychaeta）, Microspio multidentata, is described in this paper based on four specimens collected from the intertidal zone of the coast of the East China Sea at Changhe, Fujian Province, Southeast China. The new species can be distinguished from the other known species of Microspio Mesnil, 1896 by the presence of the muhidentate neuropodial hooks and the absence of the notopodial lamellae and notopodial setae on setiger 1. This is the first report of adult Microspio from Chinese waters.
