省部共建高校绩效评价方法探析

摘　　要：判断高校的教学科研活动效率的高低,必须建立起一套科学、合理并行之有效的绩效评价体系。文章在创造性地改造层次分析方法的基础上,利用十分制记分法赋予指标权重,探索出一套适合于省部共建高校的绩效评价指标体系,并将其应用于省部共建高校教学和科研单位绩效评价的理论和实践中。We must establish a scientific, rational and practical performance appraisal system for the efficiency judgement of the university teaching and research activities. On the basis of creatively improved AHP （ analytic hierarchy process） method, this paper gives indicator weight by means of ten -point marking system, finds a set of performance appraisal index system suitable for the universities co -sponsored by province and ministry and applys it to the theory and practice of the teaching and research units.
